Privacy Policy
Effective Date: November 1, 2026
1.Introduction
Quality Health Care For Less is dedicated to helping Medicare-eligible individuals age 65 and older in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia understand and compare their health insurance plan options. We are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us and to being transparent about how that information is handled.
This policy describes what information we may collect, why we collect it, how it is used, and the choices you have regarding your information.
2.Information We Collect
We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us through the forms on our website, through our chat widget, when you call us, or when you contact us by phone or email. This may include:
- Your name
- Phone number
- Email address
- ZIP code and state of residence
- Medicare coverage questions and plan interests
- Appointment requests and preferred contact times
- Any other details you choose to share when requesting guidance, speaking with us by phone, or using the chat widget
We do not knowingly collect sensitive health information beyond what you voluntarily share in connection with your Medicare questions. We do not collect information from children under 13.
3.How We Use Your Information
We may use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and requests for assistance
- Provide the Medicare plan guidance and comparisons you request
- Coordinate, schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments with a licensed local specialist
- Deliver customer support and requested follow-up communications
- Send SMS communications to you when you have provided consent to receive them
- Conduct authorized outbound telephone follow-ups when you have provided the required consent
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4.SMS Messaging Privacy and Consent
SMS Messaging Privacy and Consent
With your voluntary consent, we may send you text (SMS) messages in response to your inquiries, to confirm appointments, to send appointment reminders, and to provide requested customer-service follow-ups. SMS consent is completely voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any service or receiving assistance from us.
"All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties."
Your SMS opt-in consent is not transferred to outside organizations for their independent marketing purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties for their own promotional use.
5.SMS Opt-Out
If you have enrolled in SMS communications from us, you may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will not receive further SMS messages from our program. If you need assistance, you may reply HELP for support, or contact us using the information in Section 13.
6.AI-Assisted Telephone Communications
We may use automated technology and artificial intelligence (an "AI assistant") to help answer inbound telephone calls and to conduct authorized outbound telephone communications on our behalf. The AI assistant operates for Quality Health Care For Less and may help respond to general Medicare questions, collect contact details and appointment requests, schedule, confirm, and reschedule consultations, follow up with customers who have requested assistance, and transfer callers to a licensed human representative when appropriate.
What the AI Assistant May Collect
During a call, the AI assistant may collect your name, contact information, Medicare questions, appointment preferences, and any other information you voluntarily share. We may also generate automated summaries, transcripts, or call analytics from telephone conversations to help us provide accurate customer support, scheduling, and authorized follow-up. The AI assistant does not make enrollment decisions on your behalf and is not a substitute for a licensed insurance professional.
How Telephone Information Is Used
Information collected during telephone communications is used for legitimate customer support, scheduling, and authorized follow-up purposes. Outbound automated or artificial-voice calls are only initiated when legally required consent or another applicable authorization exists — for example, when you have affirmatively agreed to receive informational or marketing calls through the consent options described in Section 12, or as otherwise permitted by law.
Call Recording
If we record telephone calls, we will provide the notice and obtain any consent required by applicable state law before recording begins. A notice in this Privacy Policy alone does not establish your consent to be recorded, and we will not rely on this policy as a substitute for call-specific consent where it is required.
Service Providers Supporting Telephone Operations
We may work with trusted service providers that host, transmit, or process telephone communications, transcripts, or call analytics on our behalf. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may use it only to perform services for us, not for their own purposes. The service-provider provisions in Section 7 apply to these telephone-related providers as well, except that text messaging originator opt-in data and consent remain excluded from any broad third-party sharing as described in Section 4.
Your Choices
You may request to speak with a licensed human representative at any time during a call. You may also exercise your privacy rights and withdraw your consent to receive automated telephone communications at any time by contacting us using the information in Section 13. Withdrawing telephone consent does not affect SMS consent or any other consent you have provided separately.
7.Information Sharing and Service Providers
We may share your information with trusted service providers who help us operate our business and deliver our services — for example, companies that host our website, power our chat widget, manage appointment scheduling, transmit SMS messages, or support our telephone and AI-assisted communications. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may only use it to perform services for us, not for their own purposes.
As noted in Section 4, text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any broad third-party sharing and will not be shared with any third parties. Telephone communication consent (described in Section 6) is likewise not shared with outside organizations for their independent marketing purposes.
We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
8.Data Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect the information you submit to us against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. These measures include secure transmission and storage practices. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9.Cookies and Website Technology
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to help the site function properly and to understand how visitors use our pages. Our chat widget may use cookies or local storage to remember your conversation and preferences. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; some features of the site may not function properly if cookies are disabled.
We may use analytics tools to understand aggregate usage patterns and improve our content. These tools do not identify you personally.
10.Your Privacy Choices
You have the following choices regarding your information:
- Access: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Corrections: You may ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion: Where applicable, you may request that we delete your personal information.
- Withdraw SMS consent: You may withdraw your SMS consent at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting us.
- Withdraw telephone consent: You may withdraw consent to receive automated or AI-assisted telephone communications at any time by contacting us.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 13.
11.Children's Privacy
Our website is intended for adults seeking Medicare information and guidance. It is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
12.Communication Consent and Consent Options
When you use our contact forms, you may separately and voluntarily choose to consent to receive text (SMS) messages, informational AI-generated or artificial-voice calls, and AI-generated or artificial-voice marketing calls. Each consent option is presented as a separate, unchecked checkbox and is optional. You may submit a general inquiry without selecting any consent option, and no consent option is required to receive services.
Providing your phone number alone does not establish consent to receive SMS or automated voice communications. We record your consent selection, the timestamp, the phone number provided, the source page, the disclosure text and version, and evidence of your affirmative electronic agreement. You may revoke any consent at any time by contacting us using the information in Section 13, and we will honor withdrawals and maintain suppression records accordingly.
Each communication channel respects its corresponding consent: SMS consent does not authorize automated voice calls, informational voice-call consent does not authorize marketing calls, and marketing consent is collected separately. Outbound AI-generated marketing calls are only made when the separate marketing consent described here has been affirmatively provided.
13.Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
